When you need a quick pre or post workout snack on the go, a healthy granola bar makes a perfect snack.  There are lots of options at the grocery store, but they can be expensive, are often full of chemicals, or contain more sugar than a candy bar!

One of my favorite brands has always been Larabar because they’re all natural – made with just dried fruits and nuts!  Only trouble is, the price adds up, especially if you’ve got a family, as these bars cost more than a dollar each.

However, never fear! These type of dried fruit and nut bars are possible to make at home – and they’re super easy!

Here are 7 awesome recipes to make these high protein granola bars at home!  These recipes are all natural, totally gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, vegan and in many cases totally raw!
