You’ve probably heard (especially from me!) how important nutrition is to building muscle. But things can get very complicated.

For instance the phrase “EAT BIG / GET BIG” is NOT right if you want to pack on quality muscle and not simply get fat! Our resident “hardgainer” Jesse is back in this video! For those that have missed his heavily bearded face, your prayers have been answered!
