The squat is one of the most foundational strength movements you can do. So… It’s incredibly important that you do it right!

This is not right.  This will hurt you.

As a physical therapist and strength coach I can tell you that the cause of this can be varied. I’m going to cover the 5 most likely causes. I’m going to give you some really helpful tips along the way. So don’t worry… Even if you are doing this, you’ll be well on your way to fixing it by the time the video is over!
