This question is such a common one that I thought it needed a special video to address it specifically! (I actually filmed it on location in Atlanta Georgia while in the hotel gym.)
WHAT IS THE BEST REP RANGE FOR BUILDING MUSCLE? This is such a misperformed element of training that I would put it as one of the #1 causes of stalled progress.
