Be honest.

Oh boy. Jesse REALLY screwed up this time!

I have to be honest though – he kind of had it coming… You can’t challenge a guy that outweighs you by more than 100 lbs and not expect some problems!

It’s always an honor when I find out the pro athletes that follow ATHLEAN-X. When they want to come to the X-BOX and train together… I make sure I bring my A-game! This was no exception.

As is almost always the case with the athletes I work with…They are class acts inside and outside the ring, octagon, court or stadium. Sheamus? He was absolutely no exception.
