You're heading out on yet another trip and you can probably say adios to any chance you'll have of getting in a good workout for the next few days. Just when you started to see those abs, biceps started to pop out of short sleeve shirts and your energy levels were soaring from being locked into your regular training routine - it's time to hit the road again!
These bands are the same exact ones that I have used in my multiple training videos on youtube. From doing 1-arm pushups to 1-arm pullups, to assisted traditional pullups or killer new core exercises; these versatile bands are like having a complete gym at your disposal at only a fraction of the price an even smaller fraction of the space needed!
The debate has gone on now for decades and at times it feels as if this one will never be settled. Why is that? Because quite frankly, it's not an easy question to answer - at least until now that is! You see, I'm going to settle the machines vs. free weights debate once and for all so you can move onto other important training questions...
What if there was a single piece of training equipment that allowed you to execute an exercise with perfect form? While I am obviously a proponent of good form and the effectiveness of the equipment, it obviously has limitations to it. How are you going to get a complete workout if only a single exercise is being targeted?
