Last week I touched on the difference between STRENGTH and ATHLETIC STRENGTH and how the training for each is vastly different…and produces drastically different looking physiques. This week, I take it a step further… and up the ante even more, with yet another challenge I’m throwing down at YOU.
The question is a simple one…”How STRONG are you?” But the answer is much more complex. Why? Because there are two types of strength in my book…RAW STRENGTH and “ATHLETIC STRENGTH!” One without the other will seriously compromise what you ultimately can accomplish with your body and how it looks.
